I am a language "geek" and find great joy in helping others reach their goals when learning English, Spanish or French.  I have studied and worked abroad in Spain, have assisted in creating MA state language standards, and I am familiar with the frustrations and successes that come with hard work.  I would love to help you make the progress you seek!

I always found . Ms. Marozini to be very conscientious and caring teacher who worked passionately to provide meaningful tutoring to the students she serviced in Chelsea High. She worked many hours planning lessons that engaged students and properly addressed their learning needs, the gaps in their education, as well as their social and emotional needs as they try to adjust to a new school, community, and learning environment.

Extremely patient and understanding on what exactly it takes to teach a language to someone who knows absolutely zero of it. Very artistic and able to use visuals to help students understanding what she is teaching. She is extremely down to Earth and funny and makes every class entertaining, and makes students actually enjoy learning!

My experience in working with Ms. Morosini consists of discussions we've had about speaking to ELL students in my classroom. Zoe was immensely helpful in giving me strategies in communicating with students in my classes with little or no English. In addition, I picked her brain extensively about strategies she uses in teaching language arts, either teaching Spanish, or instructing Spanish-speaking students in English and French. She came across as a deeply engaged and empathetic instructor, and seemed to have many students who considered her a friend.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to talk in person or on the phone about what the student's immediate versus long-term goals are, in order to best plan for their needs during lessons.  I often share my experiences being a language learner myself, to show that I "feel your pain" and we can get through it together with humor, practice and effort!
