What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Dance is not only steps and music. This is the perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction and mental stimulation.
Dancing improves your life in many ways: health, confidence, self-expression, socialization, relaxation and entertainment.
Health: When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases, and you burn calories. This low-impact aerobic activity also enhances flexibility, strength and balance. Dancing is a great activity, and my studio offers a pleasant, fun atmosphere in which you can practice individually and in a group.
Relaxation: We sometimes forget to use the moment for personal relaxation.
Dancing provides a pleasant way out of ordinary everyday life, as well as the opportunity to relax, relieve stress and focus on yourself.
Joy: Dancing is a great way to add joy to your life.
