Welcome! My teaching focuses on the students interests with a balance of technique and fundamentals. After receiving a degree in music performance, touring with 3 bands and playing on 2 cruise ships, I began teaching in Boston: sax, clarinet, flute, piano. I went on to direct elementary bands and teach guitar and song writing in Brookline for 7 years. I customize lessons to fit the need and learning style of my students and have experience with all ages and many interests. I teach on-line or in my studio in Belmont, MA.
