Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them to think of the Golf Swing as a Puzzle , and that their are 6 pieces to the Puzzle . 1 How you hold the golf club , 2 How you get set up with the different golf clubs , 3 How you Swing the golf club on your backswing , 4 What you must do with your feet , 5 Is the most important as its what you have to do with your legs , and 6 What you must do after your club has hit the Ball . I give them a print out after the Lesson on what I taught them .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a PGA Golf Professional which took 5 years of Training before I could become a PGA Professional . Since then I have been named by the PGA of America as the top Teacher in New England when they named me as the New England PGA Teacher of the Year . Also I have given more Golf Lessons than any Golf Pro in the History of Golf in New England .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Golf Lessons are $50 for a Half Hour , $100 per Hour , $120 per Hour for 2 people , $140 per Hour for 3 people , and $150 per Hour for 4 people .
How did you get started teaching?
While going to College I worked Summers in the Golf Shop at a Golf Course and after I graduated from College I was asked to be the Teaching Professional at that Golf Course .

I have taught Students from ages 3 years old to 97 year's old , and from Beginners to Students that have recieved College Golf Scholarships , and a Golf Pro that won 4 Tournaments on the PGA Tour in one year .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
While giving a Golf Lesson last Summer my Cell Phone rang and it said the call was from Saudi Arabia . The Gentleman was a new Golfer and had heard about me and wanted to come to my Golf Course in Lexington sometime in August and take Golf Lessons every day for a week .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Check with Golfers that have taken Golf Lessons from different Golf Pro's , and who they would reommend . If your not getting the results you would like , try another Pro to take your Lessons from and see what different results you might get from them .
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think about just how well they would like to be able to play , and how much time they would be able to set aside for practicing what they were taught during their Lessons .
