Not Your Typical Golf Lesson
About
I love teaching golf to people and I am a PGA golf Apprentice so I am getting certified to teach golf. I have taught adults and kids of all ages and i am excited to complete my certification to teach. My approach to teaching differs from others because I do not teach positions in the golf swing. The golf swing is far to fast and complex to consider thinking about where the club is going. Let's get you straightened out and thinking about less out there on the course in order to stay in the game. You will hit the ball better with this method guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Since most of my lessons right now are online I am able to take a look at where my students swing is over FaceTime. Next I will ask what exactly the player I am working with is trying to do in their swing. Next I will ask them how long they have been playing for. I then will explain how to swing the club to my understanding using the lower body to control the swing. I demonstrate quite a bit on camera as well as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a PGA apprentice so I am becoming a PGA golf professional.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I charge $75/hr and $50/ 1/2 hr
How did you get started teaching?
I work at one of the busiest driving ranges in the northeast and I became friendly with many well recognized golf professionals in the area.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners to advanced players
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This year I was able to work 12 weeks of summer camp teaching kids aged 8-12 years old. It was an amazing experience and I enjoyed teaching the whole time.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There a very few people who teach in a comprehensive and understanding way that everyone can do successfully. I would recommend that the individual has great trust in this professionals method of teaching.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I don't think there is any specific questions that any student shouldn't ask so therefore I would say there is nothing to think through before asking. Any teacher who will only accept or answer questions thoroughly if they are certain types of questions would be hard to learn from in my opinion. Ask me absolutley anything and I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
