UNDER CONSTRUCTION- WILL BE UPDATING SOON Practical Paint Mixing 1 – One day workshop This is the first section of my fundamentals class. The participant will do the paint mixing/matching on the 12x12 panel. They will have the option of buying 8 tubes of acrylic paint or using their own acrylic paint. Only one paint brush, a flat or bright bristle brush will be required as well as a palette paper pad and palette knife. I’m still working on whether the student will pay the $10 for the 12x12 panel or if the cost of the workshop will absorb that cost. This exercise took my beginning students 2 to 3 three hour classes to finish. I hope to do this

I’m an award-winning artist and studied art since the age of nine years old. I first studied at the East Detroit School of Fine Art and, more recently, at the Atelier School of Art in Royal Oak, MI. I teach realism and imaginary realism (in charcoal, oil paint, or acrylics) to children over nine years old and to women. I take my time, paying close attention to detail and color, teaching beginners and intermediate students.
