I have been a language teacher for 21 years both in Colombia and Minnesota. I pursued a masters in Spanish and literature at Minnesota State University in Mankato and did my Certificate in English Language for Teaching Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge in Bogota, Colombia in 2013.
I enjoy teaching students from different backgrounds and learning languages and cultures with them.
To teach and practice, I use a variaty of methods, activities and games with my students.

Santoro was the best English teacher that I’ve had.
Her classes were very dynamic and it adjusted to the current context of each student. She starts to speak and ask about an everyday topic and she guides the students so that he could communicate correctly applying the grammar and vocabulary taught in each lesson.

I spend almost all my life learning English, but I couldnt achieve my goals and was not able to even speak until I start to have classes with Santoro. she takes this fear that I have about to learn English and motive me to improve my skills, I have been living in Moscow for 4 years and was thanks of the lessons of Santoro that I have improved, my English may not be perfect, but at least with her help, I could start to learn and consume media content on English. thats mean that she is not like usual teach that you may find at schools or university, thas what I really like and enjoy form working with Santoro.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try to get to know the new student by asking them questions abot their hobbies and free time activities. I also bring different kinds of games and worksheets to see what kind of student they are and the kind of activities they like to do to learn languages.
