About
After graduating from the Professional Golf Management program at Mississippi State University in 1992 I have been teaching golf for over 30 years as a member of the PGA of America.
My teaching philosophy has always been to help people find a swing that works best for them and keep it as simple as possible.
After all these years I still get excited to help people enjoy this awesome game and fall in love with it the way I did over 40 years ago.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every student is different so the first step is to get a swing and game assessment and work from that point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 1992 graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Mississippi State University. I attained my PGA membership in 1994 and have given over 25,000 lessons.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge by the hour which is $100 or a package of 3 lessons for $250. I also offer a 15 lesson package for the cost of 10($1000). Any unused lessons for packages will hold over to next season.
How did you get started teaching?
My first experience teaching golf was in 1991. I helped my boss teach a beginner adult clinic and fell in love teaching that day.
