Jake has been in the coaching/strength and conditioning field since 2015. He takes pride in being able to work with others-whether it’s an athlete or general client. He is currently an assistant softball coach at Fontbonne University and is a strenght and condtioning coach at The Shop by NLP which he owns. Jake also competes at the Men’s Major level for fastpitch Softball over the summer.
