About
My passion for teaching golf has been growing ever since I have started the sport in college. I am a very successful girls golf coach at Cox Mill High School. We recently won our regular season and conference championship this year. My teaching experience dates back to 2000.
I love the satisifaction of seeing the improvement of my students, where they are in the beginning and where they see vast improvements in their game within a few lessons!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When one of my senior girls' from high school was playing in the NCHSAA State tournament and she had a difficult 2nd shot, downhill and about 190 yards to the pin. She was thinking about laying up, but I told her if she played the hybrid club and shot to the left of the flag, she would hit a fade and land on the right hand side of the green. I knew she would stand close to the ball and swing quick, resulting in her hitting a fade, which it did land on the right hand side of the green. She would hit the putt since it was a right to left break on the green. She ended up getting a birdie on that hole!
