Tandava Arts Bellydance
We teach SharQuí the Bellydance Workout® and Basic Bellydance Technique & Combos.
In SharQuí, we teach fun, simple, aerobic belly dance choreographies using the add-on method which includes breakdown and repetition of each movement so everyone can learn easily. We make sure students learn proper belly dance form and technique, and keep their heart rate up for the entire hour!
In Basic Bellydance we learn simple Egyptian-style combinations to Middle Eastern music, thoroughly breaking down each move with proper technique.
Belly dance is exciting and beautiful, great for all ages and body types. Our choreographies are modified for every skill level so everyone in the class is challenged, motivated, and successful. Belly dance moves are similar to hip hop isolations, so women as well as men enjoy building speed, strength, and muscle control.
