The Spanish-American Institute, founded in 1955, is a non-profit educational institution located in New York. For over six decades, it has been dedicated to serving international students in and around the Times Square area. The Institute offers an ESL-Plus course of study with a super-intensive option and "English Through The Arts" activities, fostering an equal educational opportunity environment. Its establishment is attributed to Frank J. Ferraro and David Schiffman, whose successors later donated it to The Institute Foundation, Inc.
