Hello! My name is Roderick, I’m a native Spanish speaker from the Dominican Republic, currently living in Suffolk County, Long Island. I moved to the US in the Summer of 2016 without knowing a word in English besides “Hello” and “Thank you” and by the beginning of the spring of 2017 I was already fluent in this new language. I would like to share my “cheat codes” of learning a new language in a fun and understandable way.
