I teach anyone; from children and adult beginners to professionals preparing for auditions, anyone dealing with repetitive use injuries, older people who always wanted to do this but thought it would take more time than they had, and especially everyone who thinks it's too hard or takes too much time or, even worse, think it will be more work than fun. I've performed regularly at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, performed and recorded with David Bowie (Heathen) and played lots of chamber music and contemporary music concerts. I teach beginners as well as proficient students of all ages. I help the student find their own sound and develop good technical approaches based on the individual's current abilities.

I've been teaching violin, viola, and chamber music in the Manhattan School of Music Precollege Division for over 20 years. I have performed in more than 200 U.S. cities, as well as in Canada, Korea, Austria, France, and Russia, so I know what it takes to be a performer.

I love to teach deficated students all ages! I have over 30 years experience teaching violin.

A native of Taiwan, I received my Bachelor of Music degree and Master's degree from Mannes School of Music. I began my musical training on violin and piano at 5.  As a performing artist, I have given solo, ensemble, and orchestral performances at various events and concerts in the U.S. and Taiwan. Her most recent collaboration within New York City has brought her to venues such as Alice Tully Hall and Carnegie Hall. Ms. Isadora has had more than five years of teaching experience. She has a strong passion for teaching and enjoys sharing her stories and love of music with students of all ages and levels.
