I am constently learning new techniques and tips to improve on the constent developlment of athletes . I have used my 15 years of martial arts training and methods to respect and train athelets. I have my NMAA coaching licenses and I am a licensed personal trainer, with a second degree blackbelt . Even though I have some accolades, I am still allways thriving to be a better coach.
