I have been coaching youth and highschool football for over 20 years. Won many youth championships and state championships. I am constently learning new techniques and tips to improve on the constent developlment of athletes . I have used my 15 years of martial arts training and methods to respect and train athelets. I have my NMAA coaching licenses and I am a licensed personal trainer, with a second degree blackbelt . Even though I have some accolades, I am still allways thriving to be a better coach. Just as I tell my athletes , " Practice makes Progress". You will never be perfect but if your better then yesterday and their is progress

I do a variety of training from strength & conditioning, muscle building to cardio, rehabilitation, form. I do a variety or treatments from stretching, joint mobilization and massage to help alleviate pain & soreness in joints and muscles. Basketball training from strength, cardio, endurance, dribbling, footwork, shooting.
