I've been coaching and training for 20 years I coach both of my sons both of them got full scholarships to play football. I have several players who are coached and trained who are now in the NFL. I help kids use football as a stepping stone to a free education. And prepare them for life situations at work at home and in society that is my goal.

With my history in pro football, I have years of experience to help athletes cultivate and excel at skills to perform to the best of their abilities. Using my knowledge and workouts gained from football, I can help increase explosiveness, acceleration, agility, power, strength, speed and endurance.
