    I ask questions to learn the student's learning goals; I then focus lessons based on those goals. I also take the student through a basic audition test to gain knowledge of the student's current level with the guitar and adjust teaching plan accordingly to fit their aptitude.

    I have been playing guitar for 37 years. I studied music and classical guitar at San Jose State University. I also can focus on improvisational practices, ear training, and jamming techniques used by jazz musicians. Learned under Barham Behrooozi at SJSU who was a disciple of Segovia.
