What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If it's a student who is familiar with piano, I assess what they already know. Then, I look at their strengths and weakness and give them guidance on improving their skills. I also cater to helping them learn their favorite music, as I believe it fuels their desire for learning the piano.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained at the Composer's Musicians School in Odessa Ukraine from 1974-1979; Further training: Manhattan School of Music; private lessons and Hebrew Arts School.
Performances include: Alice Tully Hall, Cami Hall, Hebrew Arts school (Solo concert); Barnes and Nobles, etc.
