Hi, my name is Jamie Keats. I have a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and have over 25 years experience in Education. I also have coached sports at the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels with great success for 17 years. My teams have won numerous divisional and sectional titles. I am a certified Teacher Assistant who loves helping people reach their goals. I value physical activity and fitness and also recognize that sports can help with character development. My teaching style is to make the training activities fun and beneficial for the participants. I am a kind, caring compassionate person who is dedicated and hard working.
