I am recently retired and now have more time to devote to each student.
Introducing students to this lifelong game is something I started doing when my son was born some 31 years ago. The lessons he learned both about ettiquette as well as the fundamentals has served him well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to spend some time getting to know the student and finding out the "why's" of their interest in golf. I can then better judge how to start them on their way to enjoying the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong golfer and while I have no "formal" training, I am a student of the game and taught my son how to golf. I am also able to give a tip or two to my playing partners that gets them back on track. I am very good with beginners and teach "tempo" first. The right "swing tempo" goes a long way to enjoyment!

I charge $30 for the first lesson. Lessons usually run 30-60 minutes.
