JP Language Institute
About
The JP Language Institute is a nonpolitical institution that is recognized internationally and has received certification from both the New York State and the federal government. It was established in 2012 by a group of linguistic professionals from various institutions in the New York area. Students at the institute come from both small towns and large cities on Long Island, as well as from different parts of the world. They have a wide range of language abilities and professional expertise, representing diverse socioeconomic, racial, religious, and political backgrounds. At JPLI, students come together to form a supportive community and learn from one another. The class sizes are kept small, typically ranging from 3 to 6 students. This encourages active participation from every student, ensuring that each question is addressed. We offer a variety of language courses, including Chinese, American English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, and others. These courses cater to both groups and individuals, ranging from introductory to advanced levels. Additionally, JPLI provides preparation courses for international students who wish to take the TOEFL or GRE exams for admission to American universities. We also offer HSK and NYSTCE preparation courses for American students interested in studying at Chinese universities or obtaining Mandarin language teaching certification in the United States.
