Kierstyn Sharrow's Ballet, Musical Theatre Jazz, And Voice Lessons.

Kierstyn is an incredible resource when it comes to personalized instruction. I have known her since I was 13 years old (almost ten years ago!) and she has always tailored our lessons and classes to help me get the most out of them. Recently, Kierstyn helped me make the transition from concert dancing into musical theater which led to several successful auditions soon after! Even when she is off the clock, Kierstyn has sent me additional resources/videos/audition notices that she knows would be right for me and I can always count on her to look over an audition tape or new dance reel if I send them her way. Her industry knowledge is unparalleled and her feedback is always constructive as we work together to continue forming achievable goals that align with my future targets!

Working with Kierstyn has made a tremendous difference in how I approach scene work and acting through song. I have seen an improvement in my callback rate and booked a National Tour with her help! Kierstyn makes written material come to life in a way that is specific and personal. Besides being a great theatre coach, she understands people, making her a natural mentor for all her students. She senses when to challenge them, when to explore something a new way, and when to encourage their efforts. Kierstyn is truly one of the best teachers of anything, let alone ballet. I am an adult beginner, and Kierstyn makes all of the big concepts and little details clear and actionable. She is great at learning very quickly how *you* learn, and can adjust her style based on how well (or not well!) you know anatomy—she is excellent at using images to make mind-body connections. Kierstyn is fun and personable (and talented!!), but is also no-nonsense when it comes to authentic learning. Kierstyns level of knowledge is super-impressive; you will be in good hands with her!
