I am a professional musician in New York City and have been teaching for nearly a decade. I have a masters degree from Manhattan School of Music in jazz performance, and have played at many storied venues including Smalls, Nublu, and The Hugh. I love to teach music of all kinds to students, and to me making sure students are excited about playing their instrument is far more important than any scale or technique I might teach them. I am passionate about my students and the joy of watching a student progress and the sense of accomplishment they display is what its all about!

Hi! My name is Justin Schoeneck, and I am a masters student studying trombone performance. I have been playing the trombone for the past decade, and started teaching lessons 2 years ago. I design each lesson with the student's specific needs and goals in mind, and believe that lessons should be adapted to help each student exceed those goals.
