My one on one lessons are unique and relaxed..making it easy on the student to share his experience and and the skills they may already have. The student already has a specific lesson in mind and i want to reach the goal they have during the lesson, from beginning till the end.

I have more than 9 years of pastry knowledge. I worked as a pastry chef in the industry and also taught high school students as a culinary instructor at a trade school. I was working as a pastry chef in a cozy meal company and had my private classes. My strongest skill has always been teaching baking from the first stage until advanced in baking with a great understanding of baking knowledge and composition.
