Coach Tolbert is a former D1, Academic All-American Defensive Back for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats Football Team. Coach Tolbert works as a special education teacher and has coached high school football and track. His knowledge and experiences have allowed him to train youth to become better students and skilled athletes through speed, agility, explosion, and strength training.

I started coaching over 40 years ago. I have coached in Tball and continued coaching thru every level all the way to high school. During that time I attended several camps held by the Reds to learn more about each position, even though from Little League to High School I played every position. My main position was 3rd base. I’ve always loved the game of baseball and enjoyed coaching all ages. I learned a long time ago that it is more important to approach your game with the mental attitude it takes to get you thru slumps that will occur and to be able to face any diversities that can and will occur during competition. We coach children and adults from ages 5 thru 22 yrs old. Middle kids, high school kids and college and beyond important is fundamental for th first yrs not important for kids to be scoring points. Butto know the fundamentals o the game VERY IMPORTANT. MY KIDS both boys and girls we team team first basketball. There's no I in Team and we emphasize teamwork and comradery no matter who the kid is he's now has multiple brothers and sisters. 40yrs experience I seen just about every basketball situation.
