Footwork and athleticism are instrumental across all sports. Using the same speed techniques taught at the collegiate and professional level, our goal is to optimize speed, agility and athleticism to help our clients become superior athletes.
I put much more time and effort into my athletes than most trainers. I take a very different approach to teaching the game of baseball, with a lot of the mental game included. I am currently a college baseball player at Capital University, and recently graduated from Lakota West.

1) Effort over results.
2) Preparation builds confidence.
3) Focus on progression based drills.
Coach LaVoie believes players that put forth the effort will eventually see positive results. Players don’t need to seek perfection during each at-bat, but they should aggressively compete against their peers, while maintaining an atmosphere of fun. Coach LaVoie takes great pride in helping players increase their overall hitting knowledge/IQ. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to teaching players how to maximize the efficiency of the swing

I simplify workouts and instruction to make them easier to understand for athletes, and tailor all lessons to the individual needs of the athlete.
No two lessons are necessarily the same, as everyone's needs will vary. We conform to what the athlete needs, rather than asking him to adjust to the instruction.
