Coach Tolbert is a former D1, Academic All-American Defensive Back for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats Football Team. Coach Tolbert works as a special education teacher and has coached high school football and track. His knowledge and experiences have allowed him to train youth to become better students and skilled athletes through speed, agility, explosion, and strength training.

My name is Brian Doughty I’m 35 years old I’ve been playing basket ball since I was 6 years old. I’ve been fishing since I was 12 eastern shore MD we’re I’m from. Training in basketball and fishing can be both physically rewarding and mentally stimulating. In basketball, focus on fundamental skills like dribbling, shooting, and teamwork, while also building strength and agility. When it comes to fishing, learn about different techniques, equipment, and local species. Remember, practice and patience are key in mastering both activities!

We coach children and adults from ages 5 thru 22 yrs old. Middle kids, high school kids and college and beyond important is fundamental for th first yrs not important for kids to be scoring points. There's no I in Team and we emphasize teamwork and comradery no matter who the kid is he's now has multiple brothers and sisters. 40yrs experience I seen just about every basketball situation.
