I started giving lessons as a musical director for an a cappella group in 2013 and have received instruction in vocal performance. I’m willing to offer what I’ve learned to those who want to sing better than they do now.

I love music and I love teaching and mostly I love teaching music to children! Each one learns according to his- her strengths and then with joy and laughter and tried and true teaching methods all excel in their technique and confidence in playing the piano. JOY. I have taught private piano to students of all ages since the early 1980s. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Music specializing in Piano Pedagogy from Furman University in 1984. Additionally. I have been a choral conductor in Miami Dade Public Schools as well as several churches in Miami, FL, and Cincinnati OH. Until recently, I was a Special educator in the Cincinnati Public School System. I am now retired and teach English to children in China in the early hours of each morning.
