Phillip Lee Burkhead offers private lessons on a collection of musical instruments, including piano, jazz voice, and ear training lessons. In addition, he teaches music theory, and composition lessons as well.

I have over 10 years of experience playing woodwind instruments. I have studied at Northern Kentucky University in Music education, and music performance. As a musician it is important to learn the fundamentals of music while making sure we do not forget the primary reason we are playing: to have fun. I love to play music with my students whether its duets, arranged pieces, or solo rep.

I'm a songwriter instrumentalist and teacher. I've been teaching for the last 40 years. My main instrument is classical guitar and can teach that at a master and professional level. Piano and bass and electric guitar can teach all the way to advanced level.
