I am a former professional baseball player. I played 2 years in the Atlanta Braves organization. I was drafted in 1987 out of Purdue, where I was a first team All Big Ten outfielder with a .327 career average. I specialize in baseball fundamentals for younger players, and hitting, base running, and outfield fundamentals for intermediate to advanced players. I address both the physical and mental aspects of success as a hitter.

Chris Capozzi specializes in hitting and catching instruction. He has coached on the High School, Elite Travel, College and Professional levels. Currently serves as a Director for New Balance Baseball. He is a former Regional Director for USA Baseball and National Director for Ripken Baseball. Coach Cap has placed hundreds of players on the college level and several MLB Draft Picks and Signees. Chris currently coaches the 17u Rawlings team for the Diamond Boys.
