Our teachers are among the best available! With years of experience using the one-on-one immersion method, they are experts at helping you to learn Spanish rapidly, while making class fun and enjoyable. Having a broad array of specialties and experiences, each one has a unique perspective to lend to in-class discussions of a wide range of topics. Medical Spanish classes are a popular option. For classes in Guatemla, we offer optional clinic experience for human and veterinary medicine.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For online classes, we will assess your needs and also work on the areas where you'd like help.
For classes in Guatemala, every Monday, your teacher will assess your strengths and needs, and together you'll devise a lesson plan for the week. And on Friday, you'll assess the progress that you've made.
Both online and in Guatemala classes are suitable for any level, from complete beginner through advanced level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our teachers are university students or graduates, have completed our own teacher training program, and have completed or are attending the Spanish teacher certificate program of the University of San Carlos, Guatemala. In addition, the school is registered with the Guatemalan Ministry of Education and INGUAT (the Guatemalan Tourist Bureau).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Online classes are $10/hr (less if you buy 5 or 10 hours at a time).
Onsite classes in Guatemala are $165/week, which includes 25 hours of one-on-one class, activities, and homestay with all meals provided.
What types of students have you worked with?
Both online and in Guatemala classes are suitable for any level, from complete beginner through advanced level. Our students are all ages, from children to adults. We can accommodate individuals, couples, families, and groups in Guatemala.
