I start students on Suzuki 1 prioritizing precision all the way into advanced repertoire. I focus mainly on technique and proper form with relaxation with musicality/expression. I specialize in concertos, Bach, showpieces, and etudes and also teach as an adjunct professor.

We provide a very high quality music education at very reasonable prices. All our teachers are experts in their instruments, and have had many years of teaching experience. Our students win competitions, and many are accepted into major conservatories and music schools. Our studios are equipped with grand pianos, and we have a large concert auditorium with a Steinway grand piano, where students perform several times a year.

Dongyoung Jake Shim gained international recognition most recently winning a prize at the 2022 Zhuhai International Mozart Competition in Zhuhai, China. After winning 1st Prize and Bach Prize at the 2020 Stulberg International String Competition in Michigan, United States, he won a prize at the 2020 Irving M. Klein International String Competition in San Francisco, United States. Dongyoung was also one of the Laureates at the 2020 J. S. Bach Competition.
