Hello.
My name is Richard Middleton and I have been a professional Guitar Instructor for over 25 years.
I love teaching and seeing a sudent smile when they get a part right. I believe it gives both the student and myself a great since of accomplishment.
From the first lesson, we will start learning a song that the student chooses.
I do my best make learning to play the Guitar a fun and enjoyable experience. My style of teaching is done in an unhurried and laid back atmosphere.
Music and Guitar is my passion in life and being able to teach people what you love for your job is a blessing! Nothing in my work is more exciting to me than watching my students learn, improve and really enjoy their lessons.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently finished teaching a very gifted student. He was really into learning and would practice 15-20 hours a week.
When he started, he did not know a single chord and at his last lesson, I felt like he had reached the limits that I could teach him.
it is very hard to let a student go, but he was ready to go out on his on.
