What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Any dance form you learn make sure that teacher you hire knows the technique, knows the culture, even better is from the cultures because if the teacher has no idea what is the culutural background of the dance she or he teaches then he or she can't deliver the details of the dance style.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students must be commited. Good discipline, love and passion to want to learn and not to give up. And ask themselves a question, why am I learning this?
