I have always had a love for sports. I was an athlete in high school and always kept active. After graduation I worked a corporate job for a while but I felt tired all the time. I knew I had to change my life and add more physical activity into it. I knew that way I can be more energized and feel like my old self again. All fitness levels are welcome with lots of diferent formats. We offer Zumba, Piloxing, Pound, Barre, Tabata Bootcamp, Yoga, Pop Pilates, Mixxedfit, Metafit and Strong by Zumba.
