About

Since I was raised in Mexico. Since the age of five, I have a great love for the country in the culture. I frequently go back to Mexico at least once a year. I have family that still lives there.I sponsored many trips to Mexico with my high school students from Saint Michaels Academy. I would teach you with a lot of enthusiasm and you would learn to love the country as well as the language.

I would teach you with a lot of enthusiasm and you would learn to love the country as well as I do. I sponsored 13 trips to Mexico and high school and the trips were repeated every year because the students were so Excited to return. The emphasis on the Spanish I thought it was more of an audio lingual method. So in teaching you I would also add conversational drills to help support the rules you're learning in Spanish. Therefore it becomes a live in Spanish.

I would say to the student find someone who loves and lives the language. So that you learn more than just how to conjugate verbs… You learn to love the culture itself and this carries on to other cultures.

I think students should besides sharing their grades and knowledge of a foreign language need to be motivated and have a good reason as to why it is important to learn another language other than English. And you have to share your knowledge that the culture of the language brings to the setting. All things that create motivation
