We discuss objectives and determine level. Then we find out what kind of leaner the student is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Poli Sci with a Minor in Psychology. I have lived abroad for most of my life - Latin America and Spain and France.
I also have training and experience as a Lead Teacher and Teacher's Assistant in both US public schools and a Lycée Français.
I am certified 120-hr TOFL.
