About
Born and raised in the Bronx, NY just like Hip-Hop. I've been teaching Hip-Hop classes for 15 years and I love what I do to the fullest! There is nothing better than watching my students grow from one class to the next. I'm all about making sure that my student is getting comfortable with the movements being presented to them so that it is executed the way it is intended. I as well love to take my time with my students just to make sure you are not lost and staying in pocket(cue) with the music at all times. You without a doubt will elevate within your process if you train hard with me and really want it!
When it comes to teaching, I like to make sure my classes are fun and high in energy. I teach the approach that is needed to be on a tour stage. Working/touring with many artists and being apart of a broadway show such as 'iLuminate', has given me the experience to spread the knowledge of dance and what it'll take to get to the next level in your career. I'm all about elevation and giving %100 no matter what it is that you want to do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with new students, I always like to get a feel of what level of choreography they should be learning. My warm-ups typically give me a good idea on what I should be teaching during the session unless there is something specific my student wants to work on. I as well like to always find out if my new students have ever trained in the past so that I can see what is lacking in their movement/process. From there, I make sure my student is comfortable and ready to learn whatever it is that he/she came to learn!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained in dance for 26 years of my life and was given the opportunity to train under top teachers/choreographers from all over the world. When it comes to dance, you can't be stuck on knowing only one style because in hip-hop, you have it all. Growing up, ballet, contemporary and tap were classes I took to keep me in shape and ready for what's to come. Trained for 26 years and still train to this day. I've been eaching for 16 years and still going strong. I love what I do to the fullest!
