The experience working with Ruby/Glow Personal Training has been outstanding. Ruby is a thoughtful trainer with a great spirit. I'm inspired by her path and commitment to helping me to achieve the vision I held for myself. With her guidance, my body has changed!! and I've shifted to a lifestyle change. It's been three years since we started working together (since I moved) and I have maintained my weight effortlessly with a nice body composition. I know a lot of people gained weight during the pandemic, but I didn't. By the grace of God, because understand my body now, what it needs, how to nourish it and the basic activities I can do to keep it looking the way I want it to be. Do yourself a favor and follow her guidelines on tracking your food. You'll learn so much, and it will serve you in the future. If I didn't move I'd still be working with Ruby. I KNOW she'd help me achieve my next fitness goal.

I've been practicing boxing with Coach Tino and I can feel myself learning and growing physically and mentally. He will work with you at your pace but pushes you to reach that next step. Every practice I can do a little more than the last and I learn something new to incorporate every time. Coach Tino lives by his message of perfect practice = perfect performance and wants you to achieve that as well. If you want to get in shape or build confidence, it may not be easy at first but you'll start to see the results if you stick with it. Great guy, great program!

I don't think I have ever posted things about my son's weight, but I need to share this with you. We've had a life changing experience this past month. For those who are interested in finding the right personal trainer, look no further than the amazing "Bear" Michael Mitchell at Body Renovation. He has changed Cole's life and ours. In two short weeks, Cole has lost an amazing 11 pounds. We are astounded at the physical transformation and mental change Cole is having, and it's all because of Bear. Seriously, if you have a child who has autism and needs physical exercise, Bear is your guy. I found Bear at Body Renovation because I happened to notice his sign outside the door of Body Renovation.
