For those who are interested in finding the right personal trainer, look no further than the amazing "Bear" Michael Mitchell at Body Renovation. He has changed Cole's life and ours. In two short weeks, Cole has lost an amazing 11 pounds. We are astounded at the physical transformation and mental change Cole is having, and it's all because of Bear. Seriously, if you have a child who has autism and needs physical exercise, Bear is your guy. I found Bear at Body Renovation because I happened to notice his sign outside the door of Body Renovation.
