I am an accomplished golfer throughout my life. Conference Medalist in college. Former member of PGA of America. Have taught lesson for 30 years. Also, have taught clinics for many companys throughout Texas. Can take multiple students at once.
I really love teaching golf. I started teaching out of the lack of a teaching professional where I grew up. It has turned into passion for teaching golf. Through many years of golf schools and many different techniques...I enjoy watching students of the game accomplish their personal goals through our lessons.
he was able to fix my swing> looking forward to working with him again
In one swing Blake identified 4 things to improve. We worked on each area and when it all came together wham, best 7 iron shots I ever hit. It was a lot of information so often my hits were all over but with practice the benefits from Blake's instruction are going to give me huge golf benefits. Highly recommend.
Blake is great. With my 1st swing he already knew what needed to be done. And after getting the basics back on track i was hitting straighter. No more playing off the right side of the course. Defiantly starting with Blake
Blake is hands down the best golf instructor you could get out there. Affordable, patient, and very knowledgeable. I saw immediate results working with him and have chosen to continue long term with lesson with him. Would 10/10 recommend trying him out.
Evaluate prior knowledge of the game, if any. Find out to what level does the student wants to advance to in the future. Find out if student participates in any other sports. Mostly for scheduling purposes. One big question: Why do you want to learn to play golf? OR What level do you want to get your golf game?
I have been to several PGA golf schools on instruction and have traveled to other states to do so. Have taught clinics for City of Plano in the past.
$35 per lesson ...60 min +
$150 for series of 7 lessons
In high school...all these ladies where I grew up wanted to learn how to play. Husbands refused. We didn't have pro. So, myself and a few others started teaching them when everyone had time.
You name it. Anywhere from beginners to college golfers and a few mini-tour players.
PGA Championship. It is good to watch the games best have to grind to strive to win.
Choose someone who has similar interests. Sure makes learning alot easier to learn the game.
How long will it be before I can start playing on the golf course?
What kind of clubs should I play with starting out?
How often should I have a lesson?
