I am an ex high school football coach. I spent 15 years in the teaching/coaching profession before opening a personal training gym. I am very knowledgeable in all positions and enjoy working with people of all ages. My gym is located in Aubrey Tx. On hwy 377 (Fit Body Gym). I coached on the 2009 Pilot Point class 2a state championship team.

D’Juan Woods is a former collegiate wide receiver at Oklahoma State University where he earned a bachelors degree and lead his team to 4 bowl championships. He finished with MVP honors and ended his tenure 3rd all time leading wide receiver in school history. D’Juan went on to play in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars and super bowl champion New Orleans Saints .
