I am an ex high school football coach. I spent 15 years in the teaching/coaching profession before opening a personal training gym. I am very knowledgeable in all positions and enjoy working with people of all ages. My gym is located in Aubrey Tx. On hwy 377 (Fit Body Gym). I coached on the 2009 Pilot Point class 2a state championship team.

I played college football at Arizona State University, then transferred to LA Southwest Junior College, then finished my collegiate career at Concordia College.
