KG1 helps both kids and adults bring out the golfer inside. We not only make the game fun, but we get you playing well fast! We do this by speeding up the learning curve and focus on and fine tuning of the details so that you can get to scoring well out of the gate. We work with beginners through advanced players and can work around all scedules. Enjoy a private family friendly chill atmosphere while learning an awesome game!

I love watching students learn and grow with the game of golf.

I don't know where my son got the idea to play golf but Coach Dad has done a great job teaching my son the different aspects of the game. Coach Dan is very patient and takes his time to show the kids in his class how to stand and swing the clubs for each situation. It's amazing seeing my son get better at golf week over week.

Rider responds well to Coach Dan. He gets the instruction and encouragement he needs to do it right. Much improvement in my son happened in such a short period of time.

Dan is really patient and creative when teaching kids to golf. My son is a “newbie” and can’t get enough. It’s rewarding to hear his excitement every week when it’s time for lessons! I’m hopeful my son will continue to develop his game and get better. Thanks Kids Golf First for providing such a fun experience for my son.

Coach Dan is very patient and knowledgeable. He has been working with my 8 year old son and he loves his lessons. The facility is great for working on skills and in a convenient location. I would recommend KG1 to anyone that wants to try golf.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The coaches and parents of KG1 students will work hand-in-hand to make sure that we GUIDE our students through the learning curve of life at that early stage. We will do this by working with each other to reinforce the following:
-Teach ROOTS – respect for Rules, Opponents, Officials, Teammates, and one’s Self.
-Hold parent meetings and distribute info to help educate everyone in the progress and goals of the KG1 students. We WILL be a team!
-Parents take part in the KG1 team's efforts to raise awareness not only for the game, but also the ongoing efforts we have in place to help our neighboring communities.
-Parents are vigilant in keeping an eye out at home for teachable moments to talk with players about honoring the game.
