Ashley is amazing, as a role model and a tutor alike. She goes the extra mile to ensure success. I owe Ashley for the time she put in to me. She helped me achieve 3.7 gpa and help me exceed my SAT score by 150 points than my goal.

Our daughter has been using Ashley with Tutor Revolution on a weekly basis for two years now. Her whole attitude about learning has changed. Ashley has helped her not just to improve her grades, but also to become a better overall student. Ashley has also become a cherished friend and mentor to our daughter. I appreciate Ashleys reliability, flexibility, and her genuine interest in her students. l

I am glad that we decided to give Tutor Revolution try. I love that they can come to you, which is very convenient when both parents work. Bri was my sons English tutor and she really helped improve his writing skills and vocabulary. She even found other areas where he needed improvement and worked with him on those. She was great with my son and he really enjoyed working with her.

I cannot praise Claire from Tutor Revolution enough. My granddaughters Algebra 2 grade went from F to A in just six weeks on her report card. My granddaughter just loves Claire. She comes to our home once a week which is really convenient. She explains things in a way that makes sense to my granddaughter and she remarks that now she understands what is going on.
I would recommend Tutor Revolution for tutoring needs. The set up with Ashley was easy and I was able to choose the tutor I felt would work best with my granddaughter at a time that would work for us. I highly recommend Tutor Revolution and especially Claire.

    Frequently asked questions

I like to chat for about 20 minutes to get to know about the student and his or her needs. It is important to know their educational background, any strengths/weaknesses, and extracurricular activities. This really helps me learn a little more before we meet the student. Then we start establishing a relationship with the student. We assess if it will be a good fit for everyone involved; it is crucial that a relationship form.

I began tutoring in high school because I really enjoyed helping others. I did not think that 15 years later it would be my passion and career. I love what I do, and that in addition to helping my students, I am able to assist my tutors and their students!!

We have worked with a myriad of students of all ages. Some just need a little test prep or paper writing assistance; others we assist for years. Whether you need a patient homeschool teacher, weekly tutor/mentor, or a last-minute study session, we are happy to help! If your child is highly involved with sports or theatre, we can absolutely facilitate your child's schooling needs.

I am fond of all my students; I become deeply involved and attached! My first round of students who I have helped from 7th-12th grade just graduated this past June. That was a very bittersweet moment for me.

Remember that effective tutoring requires honesty from all parties. It is important that we all are aware of the progress and keep communication open.

What type of personality do you think your student would enjoy most? What are my goals for my student? Are they the same as the student's goals? Are they realistic expectations? How much time weekly will my student have to dedicate to obtain these goals? Does he or she have good studying skills, or do they need help there as well? Is my student organized and giving their best effort?
