Lindsay English is a certified Dance, Pilates, Fitness and Lyra instructor. Her ultimate goal is to inspire a healthy lifestyle through movement, body awareness, confidence and self care. With over 30 years of combined teaching experience, Lindsay has been afforded the opportunity to work all over the United States with clients and students of all ages and backgrounds! She is inspiring, encouraging and truly wants you to get the most out of every session! Lindsay began her Pilates journey over a decade ago in order share her love of physical strength, flexibility, dance and posture. She loves the freedom to help her clients, at their own pace

At River Oaks School of Dancing, students have the opportunity to learn all styles of partner dancing in a variety of dance session types: Private Lessons, Group Classes, a weekly Dance Party every Friday night; and monthly Social Outings. Dances we teach include: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Country Western, and many more. Showcase and Spotlight events are a way for performance-oriented students to grow and shine before our supportive dance community. For over 30 years, I have enjoyed a career as Arts Educator and Arts Entrepreneur, which includes independent production. The beauty of it, is that the two intersect. I am able to provide young artists, emerging artists, and established professionals with real world experience. They get to experience, with immediacy, the carry-over of nurturing, training, and development from the classroom into practice. They do not have to wait to find that experience.
