About
I am very passionate about Hispanic culture and everything associated with it. Due to that, I received a BA in Spanish, Hispanic Studies from Texas A&M University. During my time at the University, I completed a 10 week long study abroad trip in Mexico where I completed intensive, excellerated Spanish courses. My story stands out, though, because I grew up in Nebraska not knowing even a full sentence in Spanish. I began my journey in 2016 taking Spanish 1. From there I went on to major in it and I am now fluent. I am excited to see others through this journey! It is always great to look back and realize the progress you have made. Finally, the main thing I found to be lacking during my Spanish classes was a focus on conversation. Tutor lessons are a great time to increase this skill!
