I'm coach Rick! I'm a very dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate certified speed and athlete trainer. I specialize in sprint training, speed/agility development, strength training and overall athlete enhancement. I'm not a one size fits all type of trainer. I customize sessions and programs for each individual athlete in order to best assist them with reaching their goals, dominating the competition and being successful.
