¡Hola a todos! I am accepting new students who wants to start this great journey trough the Spanish language. I am a teacher for heritage and non heritage Spanish speakers, reason why you would learn this Romance lenguage with a Native accent. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First at all, we must check the Spanish level and their needs, therefore we will design the study lesson for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spanish for heritage Spanish speakers in Enriched Schools (Kipp Oak Cliff Academy). Private tutor for two years. Trainer for Human Resources. College professor for 10 year in home country.
How did you get started teaching?
I started to teaching when I was in college. To pay my college loans I worked teaching "Castellano y Literatura" in a private school. When I graduated as a lawyer I started to teach labor law.
What types of students have you worked with?
Prek-5th grade (Fluency Kids) Eduardo Mata School/Solar for boys (Dallas, Tx). - 9th and 10 grade (Enriched Schools for Kipp Oakcliff Academy Dallas Texas). Tutoring for executives (ages 27 and up) ( All Spanish). College ( 18 and up Universidad Simón Bolivar (Caracas Venezuela).
