My kind of teaching is show and go... I show you the end result before I train you to prove they work. When it comes to Golf I won’t make you swing just like tiger. I make your unique golf swing Work for you. Same goes for your throwing, kicking, and running style in football and track.
I think basics are essential and the little things will come when you feel ready.
I have been a certified club fitter for 5 years through multiple companies. Trained under every major manufacturing company through Golf. (Titleist, Callaway, Mizuno, Taylormade, and more)
Have played for 14 years off and on up to collegiate level. Played defensive back and quarterback most. Multiple camps and personal training under my belt.
Speed and strengthening through track and field working on running and jumping techniques.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First meeting will be a get to know. We create a game plan based off of what your personal strengths and weaknesses are. You have all the control in what we work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
currently work for a Golf company named Golf galaxy. I am a certified club fitter under every major named brand manufacturer/ vendor. I recertify every year to be able to learn new info about clubs and new techniques for training and teaching.
Have played at collegiate level in football and stopped running track in high school due to college not allowing multiple sports. Have attended multiple camps and personal training that I WANT to pass onto you!

Pricing is based off of what we feel is reasonable for you. Flat rate is generally $125 hour for golf
$ 85 an hour for and conditioning plus other football services.
