My name is Cinthia Nicolini.
I have been working as a Spanish instructor since 2004. First, in different companies in Italy and then at Glasscock School, Rice University, Houston.
In my home country, Argentina, I studied Broadcasting and Drama. Then, while I was living in Europe, I got my BA in Linguistics.
After my graduation, I got a specialization in Speech Therapy which gave me the opportunity to help my students improve their Spanish phonetic skills.
In my free time, I love traveling with my family, practicing yoga, cooking, reading, running, and playing the oboe and the guitar.
My mission consists of giving you the tools to learn Spanish according to your own needs and also motivate you to continue expanding your knowledge through my passion of teaching and languages.

Cinthia is the best! I highly recommend her for anyone that is thinking of studying Spanish. She makes learning so much fun and it is clear that she loves what she does. I was always too intimidated to be in a class because I didnt want to speak, but she got speaking immediately in her class. I just wish that I had found her a long time ago.

Cinthia is a wonderful and effective Spanish teacher. She keeps you engaged in the work with a variety of exercises, questions, games, and role play. She will get you to push yourself beyond your limits and always encourages you. Cinthias tailor made classes are good for any level. I highly recommend her teaching!

Cinthia is an excellent Spanish teacher! I have been taking Spanish classes for many years and had many teachers/professors but none as good as Cinthia! Cinthia does a great job of making class enjoyable and interesting, while also helping greatly improve the student’s Spanish level. My favorite part of our sessions was when we practiced speaking via role playing, playing games or presenting on a cultural topic. She also has the ability to incorporate all levels of Spanish speakers in her class, which is important given most students enter the class at different Spanish levels. Most importantly after my six weeks working with Cinthia, my Spanish level had greatly improved!

Learning Spanish with Cinthia has been a great joy! Ive studied Spanish in the past, but have never really felt comfortable speaking outside of class. Cinthias training has allowed me to grow so much in my Spanish journey. I am always excited to speak with people and try out my new skills. Her amazing ability to create lessons that include specific words and ideas that are important to my profession has been a game changer.
